2. Method of Information Disclosure

In disclosing information in accordance with various laws and regulations and the Timely Disclosure Rules, the Company posts such information on the Company’s website after disclosure on TDnet (Timely Disclosure network) and EDINET (Electronic Disclosure for Investors’ NETwork).

Furthermore, even if the information does not correspond to the above, the Company similarly works to convey such information as fairly and extensively as possible by posting it on the Company’s website.

The Company will disclose information that corresponds to various laws and regulations and the Timely Disclosure Rules in a timely and appropriate manner, even during the quiet period.
